business. The subsidiary will
act as a CPO and install EV Charging Stations across India. Being a pioneer in the EV charger
manufacturing industry,
Servotech has provided top quality EV Chargers to various renowned oil marketing companies and
EV charging station
providers and now Servotech through its subsidiary is all set to transform the EV charging
infrastructure landscape.
Servotech Power Systems will manufacture and supply EV chargers to Servotech EV Infra and they
will do business as
a Charge Point Operator for these EV chargers.

Servotech EV is looking for Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimisation and
enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability,
cost-effectiveness and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing, payment terms
and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align
procurement activities with organisational goals.
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier
capabilities and pricing fluctuations.
- Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution
and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitoring inventory levels, analysing demand patterns and implementing inventory management

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in financial operations and management, preferably in a supervisory or management
role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial
planning and analysis.
- Experience in managing financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
and general ledger
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve
complex financial issues.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and
financial reporting tools.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field, Master of Business Administration
(MBA) with a concentration in Finance preferred or CA qualification is a plus. and a minimum
of 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience
